FAQs

What ages do you work with?

We provide speech and language therapy services for children from infancy through adolescence. Therapy is always tailored to your child’s developmental level and individual needs.

What are your rates?

Our current private pay rates are:

  • Starting at $150 for a 60-minute therapy session (50 minutes direct treatment & 10 minutes parent report/note writing)

  • Starting at $80 for a 30-minute therapy session (25 minutes direct treatment & 5 minutes parent report/note writing)

  • Starting at $300 for comprehensive speech-language evaluations (depending on complexity)

Do you accept insurance?

We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed invoice that includes service description, date of services, provider information, and amount paid which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. While we can’t guarantee reimbursement, many families are able to receive partial coverage through their insurance plans. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network speech therapy benefits.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can contact us by phone or email to schedule a phone consultation, initial evaluation, or therapy sessions. We’re happy to answer any questions and help you determine the best next steps for your child.

Do you offer services for children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing (DHH)?

Yes! We provide specialized speech and language services for children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, with a focus on supporting auditory, speech, and language development using approaches tailored to each child’s communication method and family goals.
